Baby Corn Fry

Babycorn comes with loads of nutrition and they taste too good and yummy. I had this snack for the first time at a dinner party. My kid loved it so much that she started pestering me to prepare at home. I prepared it using the simple spices available at home. It was a yummy crunchy snack.

Ingredients:
Baby corn - 6 nos.
Salt - 1 tsp,
Turmeric - 1/4 tsp,
Chilly powder - 3/4 tsp,
Pepper powder - 1 tsp,
Chick pea flour / Besan - 1.5 tbsp,
Rice powder - 1.5 tbsp.
Water - 2 to 3 tbsp,
Oil for deep frying.

Method
1. Wash and cut each baby-corn into two pieces.
2. Mix all the ingredients except oil in a bowl along with water to make a thick paste.
3. Apply it on all the babycorn pieces and refrigerate for half an hour.
4. Heat oil in a skillet and deep fry 2 to 3 pieces at a time till they turn golden brown.
5. Serve hot as a side dish for dinner or snack it along with hot tea or coffee.
