Bread Pudding (Egg less and Steamed)



Ingredients:
Bread (can use left over or old bread) – 6 slices,
Coconut milk powder – 3 tbsp,
Condensed milk – 3 tbsp,
Cardamom powder – ½ tsp,
Almonds crushed - 1 tbsp,
Butter for greasing,




Directions:
·        Make half inch small pieces of the bread and transfer into a mixing bowl. Add cardamom and almonds.
·        Take ¾ cup lukewarm water and mix the coconut powder, Pour it over the bread and mix well with a spoon.
·        Now add condensed milk and mix again.
·        Grease a steel container with butter and pour the above mixture and allow it to settle.
·        Place it in a steamer with sufficient water below and steam for 40 minutes. Wait for 10 minutes before opening.
·        Allow it to cool and cut into desired shapes. Pudding is ready.
