Very easy to make, takes very little time and it has the authentic taste of kerala. Its best to have with curd rice.
This is prepared in very small quantities as it lasts only for a day or two. But once you get addicted to its taste you will definitely make it often.
Ingredients
Raw Mango - 1 no.
Salt - 1 tsp,
Turmeric - 1pinch,
Roasted red chilly powder - 1/2 to 1 tsp,
Coconut oil - 1 tbsp.
How to make
1. Remove the seed and chop the mango into thin small pieces, about 1 cm long and 1/4 cm thick.
2. Take a bowl, pour coconut oil and add salt, turmeric and chilly. Mix well with a spoon.
3. Add mango pieces, mix well till all the mango pieces are coated with the masala. Add additional salt or chilly powder as per your taste.
4. Allow it rest for 10 minutes.
4. Serve with Curd rice or any other Indian meals.
