I think this is one of the best summer drink. This is a tasty, thirst quenching healthy drink that is perfect to drink on a hot day.
Ingredients:
Lemon - 2 nos.,
Ginger chopped - 1 tsp,
Sugar - 2 to 3 tbsp,
Salt - one pinch.
1. Squeeze out the lemon juice into a mixing bowl after removing seeds.
2. Take half rind of a squeezed lemon and grind along with ginger and 2 spoons of water.
3. Filter the ground paste and add the extract into the lemon juice.
4. Add 4 to 5 teacup of water, salt and sugar.
5. Mix well and serve chilled or with ice cubes.
Note : Use the rind of a fresh lemon, else it will give a bitter taste to the drink.
